I had the most gloriously relaxing hot stone massage with Amanda. She was professional, respectful, communicative and kind hearted.Best hot stone massage I’ve ever had! I highly recommend her.
I have seen several therapists at Bodies in Balance over the years and have always been more than happy with the service provided. I have been seeing Kyle over the past several years and he is always excellent. He can certainly take deep tissue to another level, but is also able to cut it back to your level of tolerance as well. I have seen him both before an after marathons, to address specific injuries, and just for "maintenance". Top notch RMT and a top notch facility!
Very relaxing yet also satisfying as I had a very deep "knot" in my neck. Deidre was excellent at dealing with that and it felt better immediately, but was completely gone a couple of days later.Looking forward to my next visit which I booked immediatelyI'd highly recommend !
