I’m a Property Manager overseeing several condominium communities, and I’ve used SMID Construction for several years on projects of varying size—including roof repairs, balcony leak investigation and restoration, window replacements, garage restoration, and wall leak remediation. Their team is fair, honest, and delivers quality workmanship.

I've been in property management for 38 years and have dealt with many companies for waterproofing and exterior building cladding repairs. SMID is by far the best! They are professional, considerate, experienced, punctual and cost-effective. All their employees have been great to deal with and if there is ever a problem, they resolve it quickly and efficiently.
