I've been in property management for 38 years and have dealt with many companies for waterproofing and exterior building cladding repairs. SMID is by far the best! They are professional, considerate, experienced, punctual and cost-effective. All their employees have been great to deal with and if there is ever a problem, they resolve it quickly and efficiently. To say working with Smid Construction is a pleasure would be an understatement.As Property Managers we rely on highly qualified contractors. For the past 15 years I have had various opportunities to work with Smid Construction on a variety of building envelope and underground garage restoration projects. Being in Property Management for 30 years, I have had the opportunity to work with SMID over the years through a variety of construction and building restoration projects.SMID has demonstrated a professional and ethical caliber during this time. Schedules have been maintained and most projects have been completed on time and definitely within budget. Their team understands that timelines are essential in delivering and exceeding their client’s expectations. The SMID team I have found to be very professional and polite to the residents and staff at my sites.
