The electrician arrived at our place at the scheduled time and very quickly identified the problem in our electrical panel, corrected the problem and checked the panel for any further issues.

My wife and I would like to thank the ensuing staff and Rand operation policies for a recent service provided for our daughter. From the starting point the first appointment made and the staff at Rand were excellent in accommodating us on our availability. The majority of mechanical service companies give a 4 hour window and that’s it. In our case Rand must have had some sensitivity to knowing that we were doing something on behalf of our daughter and were prompt in scheduling a window that accommodated our schedule.
