Having spent the last 19 years as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), I am able to quickly assess the type of treatment required and apply a number of different techniques to reach the desired treatment goal. Modalities include Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Therapy, Hot Stone Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Fascial Techniques, Active and Passive Stretching, Pre-Natal Massage, Sports & Athletic Massage, Preventative Maintenance and Remedial Exercises. I am passionate and dedicated to helping my clients. My treatments are specifically tailored to meet the needs of each individual to make sure they receive the approach that works best for them.
