Kiki and saru were extremely helpful today with my kids. Thank you both for joining the classes and making my kids comfortable within the gym environment. GM Trevor and fitness manager Mat were also excellent and treated us like family!!

Was greeted with so much hospitality and care when approached the front-desk staff for help. A gentleman named “Dru” assisted me with unfreezing my membership and I’m so pleased with the entire interaction, truthfully I was under the impression that he was the manager of the facility due to the true authentic compassion that I received from him. This man is carrying the entire facility??????.
From the front desk, sales team and trainers. Couldn't get a better group of people. Gym is clean, the people working out are great. 3yrs and counting. Thanks Goodlife Ajax
