We selected Floor Designs because it is local, it had great reviews. The owners were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Once we had selected a product for our main curved stairs, they promptly measured, priced the project and ordered the carpet. Tina kept us informed of the status and arranged installation soon after it arrived in Toronto. It was installed by Waseem who did an excellent job. He is truly an expert. His attention to detail was a pleasure to watch. He was right on time, worked for seven hours and when he left there was hardly any sign that he had been here. A true expert in his field. Excellent customer service, very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I had a great experience here and would reccommend them to anyone looking for flooring, installation and information. 10/10 will do business with them again
