Titan Tek Biz has great customer service. I had an issue with my laptop and Khari of their support staff was excellent. He was patient, respectful and extremely helpful to resolve the issue over the phone. Chris was also very helpful setting up my laptops and even came to the house to set it up. We are lucky to have this business in Acton that can provide such effective and affordable service.

Staff at Titan Tek are so helpful and attentive. I had a fragile item to ship and they packaged it carefully for me. Great place to print photos as well. Exceptional service every time!
