I contacted Nick regarding an issue with our shower faucet that we had 2 people already make an attempt and failed and also for the shut off valve for the laundry sink that a prior plumber just turned off and didn't replace. Nick had a very busy schedule and when we confirmed an appointment ,I had to change at the last moment due to an unforseen medical issue. Nick was very accommodating. Nick is prompt , efficient , takes the time to explain the issue and how it can be resolved. We highly recommend him. ?????
