I scheduled an appointment to have my house and yard sprayed for fleas and other insects. Mark arrived on time and was friendly and very professional. He performed his inspection prior to spraying and to my surprise discovered termites under the shed in the back yard, something that the termite inspector who came just a few weeks before had failed to notice.
I was very happy with Marks work and have hired his company to return and exterminate the termites as well.

The best kind of carpenter ant is a dead one. In the house anyway. I started seeing “crumbs” which were actually tiny wood shavings from carpenter ants in our home. I came across Western Pest Control’s photos on Yelp. They’ve dealt with some nasty stuff so I figured they could do this easily. The phone call was answered on the first ring by a real person and she was nice. They had an appointment available same day and Kevin, the tech, was on time. He was early actually. Kevin was terrific. Professional and personable. He diagnosed the problem and provided a concise overview of the steps needed … no upsells, not pushy, not a fear monger.... read full review
