UPDATE: There was apparently a major misunderstanding. Once Eric and Jorge became aware there was a problem, they stepped up, called me back and explained what had happened. They were both Great and I actually decided to get my whole roof replaced, rather than repaired. They are both very professional and knowlegable and were very concerned we had a problem. They are a Great company and team. I won't ever use anyone else. You can't find better people, or get a better roof. So, If you have an issue, don't forget, mistakes happen. Very positive experience with Eric and Jorge. They were very punctual, professional, and the quality of the work appears excellent. I would definitely recommend them to other home owners.

Eric, Jorge and their team were great to work with from start to finish. Our project had several challenges and they dealt with them professionally and efficiently. They kept us informed as to the progress, answered any and all questions and worked around our schedule as needed. They helped with communicating with the insurance company to make sure we received the coverage we needed and were entitled to. I can recommend them without reservation.
