I discovered a leak that was coming from inside the wall. Of course it was a saturday morning so you figure its going to be hours before anyone could get to us and its going to cost a fortune just to get someone out to look at it. It was also the day big storms were coming. This guy shows up quickly and promptly finds the leak and fixes it. He cut into the wall showed me exactly where the leak was and explained what had probably happened and fixed it. There was obviously damage to the studs in the wall and MOLD! He told me he knew a company that cleans mold and said he would call them if I wanted him to. I would absolutely recommend this plumbing company and will continue... read full review

The Facts:I made the call to Pro-Rooter about 7:30 pm , Friday of the Thanksgiving weekend . Got a text at 7:45 that he was on his way. Received 3 more texts indicating his progress . He arrived when indicated and with in 45 minutes we were"back on the stool". This was no ordinary repair . I'm a retired radar tech of 35 years and his tools of the trade were as state of the art as the radars I kept running . After troubleshooting the problem , he located a broken sewer line , in the dark and cold , in 10 minutes and my yard is 2.5 acres . .Will I hire him again .......... Heck , I'd send a limousine to pick him up .Thanks Angus .
