Christy Wilcox is the most awesome PCP I’ve been associated with in my 65 years on this planet. She takes awesome care of me and I am blessed to call her my PA.I met Mason MA today for the first time and she is going to fit in nicely. Very cordial and easy to talk to. I was a little nervous when I arrived because the waiting room was pretty full, but I was in and out in about 90 minutes, which surprised me. Part of that time was waiting on the strep and flu swabs which can't be helped. It was also my first time coming here and they had to verify my insurance so that took a bit. All in all, I didn't feel like I was left sitting in misery for an inordinate amount of time. LOLI found everyone to be efficient and nice. My strep swab was positive so I got antibiotics that were promptly called in to my pharmacy. My mother-in-law said this was by far her favorite urgent care in Yukon, and she was definitely right. I came in on a Saturday morning and was in and out in just over an hour. The facility is very clean and welcoming, you don't feel like you're at an urgent care at all. The staff was wonderful as well - efficient, kind and everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there and invested in my care. They've really cultivated a great environment. Family First will definitely be my go-to urgent care going forward!
