The first technician came out and quickly diagnosed the problem with our water heater and ordered the needed part. We thought we would have to wait for days, but we were pleasantly surprised when a second technician came the very next day with the replacement part and repaired it. We would definitely recommend!

Devonne was the absolute best! When we need assistance again we will definitely request him! He knows the true meaning of customer service - he was courteous, careful, respectful, and very knowledgeable! He was diligent in seeing the job through and didn’t give up and we appreciated that as we had guests staying with us which would have put us in a real bind had he not stayed with it. He tried everything possible and then actually had to remove the commode to cure the problem and by the grace of God he broke through with the last 5 inches (and I mean 5 inches) of snake that he had. He brought 7 snakes (rods) but honestly he needs at least 3 more of those to carry with... read full review
