This was my first visit to Xpress Wellness. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. My experience with the waiting room was brief, however the waiting room was clean and comfortable. The waiting room also had coffee and other beverages if you were to have a longer wait time than I experienced. The medical staff were friendly, respectful, and very prompt. My entire visit only took about 30-45 minutes total. That included in house X-rays.
Kim was the PA that I got to visit with and she was so kind and comforting. Top 3 list of drs I have ever talked to. She even called the next day to check up on me. If she was private practice I would 100% be one of her patients! The girl at the front desk was also very welcoming and warm and the nurse, I’m sorry I can’t remember your name!! But she was so sweet. I felt very cared about here.
They were amazing with helping me out and didn’t try to just get me in and out they actually looked over and listened to what I was saying and took it into consideration with what I am going through!
