My dad is staying in the place and so far I have not had a good experience with them . I’ll ask for different things for him and it will not happen. He has told me that they are very rude and mean to them .
I wish I could separate my rating for NURSING/RESIDENTS from the rest of this place. THE NURSES ARE AMAZING! it took forever to get the right team but it's ALMOST there! I love the residents! LOVE LOVE my residents! There's always 1 or 2 no matter where you go that drive you crazy, but MOSTLY they're pretty awesome!... otherwise, the current admin, Edward, the nicest man you'll ever meet. Not sure if he is cut out to deal with the drama that comes along with this facility, but MAYBE. I takes strong shoulders! Tina in housekeeping rocks. 2 stars is being way to kind! The charge nurse is EXTREMELY RUDE & unprofessional, she should not be in a position to care of people. You need to find a different job lady, maybe in a basement somewhere by yourself!!!!
