I came to leave a positive review and was shocked to read all the negative reviews on this company after our experience with them! They were sent to our house through our home warranty and Buddy was extremely helpful and knowledgable regarding our situation. We ended up filing an insurance claim due to the damage and at one point I needed an itemized list of the work to be done and charges and it was provided to me quickly and efficiently. They completed the work quickly and they even went above and beyond to flush out our water heater and additional pipes of sediment. My home warranty co sent them out. Their dispatch was very friendly & professional . A plumber named Buddy came out.He was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem quickly. He called the warranty company & due to his honesty and expertise , was able to save me money. I recommend them. I will use them again in the future.
