“Great experience so far. I faxed in my new patient forms, called them to make sure they received them and since they had, I was given an appointment for a couple days later. There was about a 30 minute wait in the lobby. Not the hours I’m reading from other reviews. I thought I was going to see the doctor but I met with his lovely NP, Paisley. I have many serious conditions going on at once that rightfully so I’m concerned about seeing an NP but she quickly put my fears to rest. She listened, there was absolutely no rush and she was thorough. She ordered tests, added new meds and overall made me feel like I can relax now because I’m in good hands. The back office staff helped me after the appointment get some necessary tests done. Awesome people. The front desk is a bit subdued but nothing so crazy to knock stars off. They were polite and did their jobs so that’s what matters to me. I’m looking forward to working with this team long term to see some improvements in my health.“
