I consulted with Erik about a new router and modem for our home and purchased the new equipment. When I contacted him about installation, he gave me an appointment quickly, He installed the new devices in a short period of time. We checked all the devices (two laptops and a smart TV) and they appeared to be working properly. Shortly after he left one of the laptops (only two years old) would not connect to WiFi. Erik came the next day and fixed the problem. Now the laptop is performing better than it ever has. His work is quick, accurate and knowledgeable. We will definitely use him again. Thanks, Erik!

My Facebook account was hacked on Sunday, December 11th. I turned to Erik, he patiently listened and talked with me in non-technical language about my problem. He solved the problem and charged me fairly.
