Receptionist was extremely rude and hung up on me when i told her she was assuming i was a drug addict. Could not get an appointment, could not get help. Rude and disrespectful.

I posted the below comment on their Facebook page and it was immediately hidden so that others couldn’t see it.They are claiming to offer “generic ozempic”.“From what I understand ozempic is FDA approved for type two diabetes and wegovy is FDA approved for weight loss. There is no such thing as generic version of semaglutide. Can you tell me if what you’re offering is compounded semaglutide? And if that’s the case, that is not FDA approved, correct? “Know what you’re getting into before go. Be prepared to ask questions about what specifically is in the medication you’ll be receiving. Dishonest and quick to point a finger and tell me I’m in the wrong. Didn’t tell me I was going to be billed over $300 for something and then when I wanted to calmly discuss it just to clear things up (I had to pay it no matter what) he literally pointed his finger at me and raised his voice. I should have listened to others who said he isn’t the best. Oh well.
