Did a great job, but communication is terrible. I live very close to her business, and she is a good dog groomer. The first time I went I explained to her that I work a bit of a commute away, and I'd need to drop her off earlier than 8 am. She said that was fine, and I did just that. She then scheduled me for the next week, but I didn't notice she scheduled me for 8 am again. I called her before the appointment, and she didn't answer. I left a voicemail as her phone instructed, but she never called me back. I waited a week, because I didn't want to be rude and bombard her with calls. It's been a month now after the appointment and I've left her 4 voicemails. Her voicemail changed on the last one saying she is no longer accepting new clients. It seems like due to my schedule, she dropped me as a client and took on different ones. I would've went in person, but she meets you at your car for appointments and doesn't accept walk ins. It was externally rude to be treated this way when there were other days of the week I could've met her at 8 am; I just needed to talk to her to explain that. Also, if she wanted to drop me for some reason, she could at least have the decency to tell me, so I could look for a different groomer. I have a small dog with very fast growing hair that requires cutting once a month or else she starts having issues being able to see and move around. I bathe her and try my best to trim excess hair so she is functional, but she really needs a professional groomer due to her breed to be comfortable. Now I'm having to frantically run around looking for another groomer, because she has gone over two months without a proper haircut. I live Im a small town and it's difficult to find someone I can easily and regularly use, so this makes it a lot more difficult.
