Excellent variety of equipment. Always clean with an emphasis on cleaning the equipment. The owners are great people and so are the people that frequent the gym. I love the fact that there is a good mix of ages represented, especially since I just turned 76 and still love to workout.
The Apex center was very enjoyable and I reccomend choosing this center for teaching your child self defense. I have nothing to say about the fitness part. ( I havent been in there.)
My second home !Old school iron, not just a bunch of treadmills. Never too crowded to the point you have to wait on equipment for more than a few minutes during their peak times. Lots of other activities to get into as well from kick boxing, BJJ, HIIT classes, kids classes. A lot of stuff you don't find at most typical gyms. Staff is very friendly and professional as well.
