Brought my 7 year old in to follow up on the flu. Worried about his cough and still having fever five days later. Nurse immediately scolded my child for not having a mask on then asks WHY we were there since "nothing can be done about the flu". Makes it crystal clear we're wasting her time. Doc comes in and basically says the same thing. Silly us for being worried about days of fever and a deep, wet cough... VERY unprofessional and RUDE!

Scheduled an appointment for 2:15pm. After I checked in and paid, they then told me they were running an hour behind, and I would have to wait in the lobby or they would skip me. The receptionist was rude and not helpful. I waited more than 2 hours beyond my appointment to be seen. Once the physician assistant finally showed up, she had a bad attitude and acted very uninterested. She told me that I needed to go see my primary care doctor… I thought Warren Clinic supposedly provided qualified healthcare professionals at their Urgent Care clinic, but after hearing her response, that is not the case. I was not 10 minutes late for my appointment but waited and by the time I got called up to the front desk I was told my appointment had been canceled. I’ve never been treated so rudely by someone at an office. I was told I was 11 minutes late and there was nothing she could do, even tho I had been waiting to check in for 5. I have a baby and waisted my money and time hiring a sitter. I will just go to a different doctor and have my prescriptions filled somewhere else if this is how they treat their patients. Renee Frenier has always been a nice doctor but their staff is incompetent.
