Utica Park Clinic - 101st & Sheridan

Made an online appointment over the weekend for an 8:00am Monday visit. As I was on the way to the clinic on the Monday around 7:40, receptionist called and said they don't accept new patients on Monday mornings. Not very friendly and blamed the issue on a "system scheduling problem." After a little more discussion, it became pretty clear they'd double booked the Monday appointment(s) via word of mouth instead of looking at the online scheduling tool and decided to honor the verbal appointments instead of the legitimately booked online appointment. Called to get an appointment and was told that they weren’t accepting new patients with my sinus symptoms. Receptionist was very rude to my wife, and told her we needed to go to a different clinic.

Really nice and very good/thorough doctor! I love having him as my PCP. Only downside, his appointment slots fill up fast!
