James came out and inspected our roof and felt there was enough damage to submit a claim. He then came back and was on site when the insurance company inspector came out to do the insurance inspection and stayed while the adjuster evaluated the damage. I believe his presence, knowledge, and professionalism was a factor in our claim being approved. I highly recommend you get in touch with James Shouse of T-Town roofing if you have any roofing needs.
