This company is the best and they have been my family's go-to plumbing company for years. I have an older house that was remodeled by previous owners and plumbing has been a periodic issue. My latest plumbing adventure involved a shower that backed up when the kitchen sink was heavily used and the kitchen sink backing up when the shower was cleared. The shower and sink are at opposite ends and corners of the house. The tech, Mitchell, figured out how to clear the problem and Spot-On Plumbing worked within my budget. I'm glad to hear that you had a positive experience with Spot On! It's great that they were able to send someone out to assess and fix your faucet problem in a timely manner. It sounds like the young man they sent was knowledgeable and professional, not to mention courteous and clean. Plus, it's reassuring to know that they stand behind their work with a 2 year warranty.
