Joe was responsive in keeping me up to date on when our roof would be installed - a windstorm caused some delays. Since we didn't have damage from the storm or active leaks we had no problem waiting while people with more urgent issues were handled. The crew showed up on time each day, tarped the yard and cleaned up after themselves. Because the work was done and it was July with temps in the 100s each day the crew worked from 6am until about noon. I think this says a lot about this company and their commitment to safety and the well being of their employees. The finished roof looks excellent and they guarantee their workmanship for 15 years.

They did my roof in April 2020 and came back yesterday, February 6, 2023 to fix what was said to be a problem where the dryer vent had been roofed over.Turned out, the vent was there, the flue had dropped down and disconnected from the roof vent.It was NOT Roof Rite Plus that screwed up, at all. Yet they replaced the roof vent with a new model and reconnected the flue for ZERO charge!Joe and crew are absolutely the best! You will not be disappointed!Services: Attic venting repairs

Joe is amazing. He helped me deal with Allstate trying to get out of paying a claim. He dealt with Allstate rescheduling multiple times, met up with inspectors, took pictures for Allstate, and was EXTREMELY responsive every time I or Allstate requested anything.I wouldn't have even known about filing a complaint with the state board of insurance when an insurance company was being clearly crooked if it weren't for Joe. Thanks to him, Allstate paid the claim after I filed the complaint. Legitimately cannot say enough good things about this company and Joe himself.Bottom line: If you need a roof, look no further.
