Grant and his entire team at RCS were a pleasure to work with. The detail, the professionalism and the willingness to not only advise but teach. I was the project supervisor on this commercial office remodel and grants team worked together with me to honestly have the most smooth and timely project I’ve been on. It was a massive undertaking and he and his team were present in each and every step. From the right architects to the most productive and professional crews. Nothing was missed. We purchased a home built in 1995 and needed help bringing it current. We pitched the job to Grant with minor repairs and it quickly grew to a big project. He worked with us over 6 months and kept things on schedule as much as possible. Throughout the entire process he kept us informed, provided input and even became a part time mediator when my husband and I couldn’t agree on selections. The best experience possible for a remodel. Grant is by far the most attention to detail oriented person I’ve met in the best way. He holds himself to a standard that I don’t see in most people. He holds his work to an even higher standard. His contractors are fantastic. They are top quality. In construction and renovation, you get what you pay for. He doesn’t use anyone that isn’t the best. He never compromises on the integrity of his work. He won’t allow stuff to be done improperly. I only had one issue on the many projects he’s helped me with and it didn’t have to do with how the project was done.
