After working on my drains for two days, the problem was still not fixed. I expected a follow-up call to proceed with the repair the following week. I tried to call the office several times for days, but I never got a return call back from Ready Services, LLC.
I decided to go with On Spot Plumbing. They got the repairs done the same day.

I first used Ready Services a few years ago. They were prompt, provided a fair quote, and completed the work (run lines and install three home exterior lights). Great experience. Since then, I have tried to get more work done, only to call and be told someone will call you (in the main office) or have the technician tell me he will call me back. Days and weeks go by. I understand people are busy, but after getting the runaround I just stopped. This lack of professionalism was consistent enough to now overshadow my initial experience.

Walked in to an 82F house yesterday at around 1600. It was way too late to diagnose and then hunt down parts. Ready was there within the hour, and the tech was fast and professional. I could not have asked for better service. Great job, Delno!Service: A/C system repair
