I have now used ProTermal twice in just 3 months. First my A/C went out. Daniel took great pains to get my very neglected unit back on its feet. Excellent job! Then the other day, I needed maintenance on both my furnaces, and again, Daniel came, did a great job. I'm very pleased with the care and the kindness of their employees. I'll never call anyone else but ProTermal.

The seasonal service appointments on the service plan give me great peace of mind and allow any issues to be detected before they become expensive łssues. Daniel has been my service representative and has made some fantastic recommendations.

I had an A.C tune-up today and I have no words to describe my satisfaction with the service I got. And the price was very affordable compared to other companies.
The technician arrived on time and did an outstanding job describing to me not only things that needed attention but the stuff that is still working well.
My unit is free of dry leaves, dirt and spiders!! Yes, a good size black widow was living in the inside area.
