Pros: this location is great. It doesn't have all the car traffic the other locations have. There's lots of employees always willing and eager to help. Easy return policy. They have everything in this store. Always have what we need. This store is packed with merchandise. Any time we have a honeymoon project we come here. Cons: none I can think of.

We came in very close to closing to look at riding lawn mowers and came across a dented one. We spoke to Katie at the return desk who pointed us to Sherri, manager. Sherri offered us a competitive lowered price on the dented lawn mower. When we pulled out our Home Depot credit card to pay for our purchase Sherri took it upon herself to call card services and get the interest free promotion extended to 18 months. She got us free delivery to our home as well as a water heater we were going to order online. Sherri and Katie were extremely helpful and polite. We will choose this location over others in the area in the future.

I shop this store often. i was in there today and needed help to find an item, right away a store employee pointed me in the right direction twice. The return desk wasn't busy and offered to check my items so I didn't have to walk to the other end of the store.
