My initial encounter with Dr Ratliff and his staff has been very positive. He listens to what you are wanting and is honest about whether you need it. He explains very well how surgery will be done and what to expect the turnout to be. That kind of proves to me that he’s not about the money. I have scheduled my surgery with him because I feel like he is absolutely the right choice for me! Every one of the staff members have been nothing but kind and compassionate when dealing with them.
