Kent and Christy Glesener are tight wad jerk landlords. My personal experience with them was awful. Christy refused to listen and yelled and screamed at me when I tried to get them to pay for damages their contractor did to my house. Their rental in Southern Reserve is next door to my house on 104 Place. They had guys come paint the privacy fence and the guys badly over sprayed. The overspray covers the entire side of my house. When I contacted Christy she refused to pay. She wanted to use her guy to fix it. I said no because they had already trespassed on my property trying to fix it and made it worse. And left their steel brushes laying in my yard. I had a quote and told her how much. She said no they aren’t paying it. After we argued she told me I was not going to get to do whatever I wanted. I said umm it’s my house so yea I will. She hung up on me and I’ve now contacted my attorney. Let the games begin Christy! Word to the wise just don’t do business with these people.
