When my friend Ron needed 24 hour care Oxford was there to help him stay in his home and have wonderful care when he needed it most. When you have care givers in your home 24 hours a day there are things that come up and the staff at Oxford are very kind and understanding to help get through any issue that you might have. Hannah, Christie, Maurine, Dave, Rachelle, Cydney, Talisha, Serenity and the nice lady who answers the phone and says “how may I direct your call” will always have a special place in our hearts.Thank you Oxford for your part in Ron’s journey back to health! Everyone at Oxford was very helpful. They were personable, professional, and caring. Delores is exceptional as a nurse and caregiver. She truly cares about her patients. And their families! The PT and OT were terrific, also.

CNA, Lakeyah provided care on the first overnight shift for a new client, 9p-9a. Dana, the daughter called this morning to tell us how much they like Lakeyah and would love to have her back any time she can come. Lakeyah who is a part-time aide that also works in an admin position with Oxford volunteered herself to work the first overnight shift to experience what it is like with the client so she can mentor other overnight aides as well as daytime aides for this client. We are very grateful to have CNA's on our team like Lakeyah!
