I have trusted OU Health with my health care for many years. I have never had a problem getting an appointment and any illness I have experienced has been treated promptly and well. I recommend the offices at 41st & Yale and on South Memorial as I have used both locations.
I've been going to Dr. Chong for a few years now and I won't go anywhere else. His office is fast and efficient. I love how they respond to messages to MyChart and most of the time I don't have to wait long. When I have had to wait long for an appointment it's due to staffing which no one can control. As long as I'm in Tulsa, I won't go anywhere else. I've had trouble with VA, but Dr. Chong gets the job done and quick.
Omg! The front desk is amazing ❤️ My Dr Helga Skaftason is a great, amazing sweetheart & she always listens to me. The LPN Cassandra goes out of her way to help you she always has a smile. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK FROM THE FRONT DESK TO EVERYONE ELSE IN THE BACK-OFF ????
