“I started going to Dr. merchant a year ago and I have now had two visits and been very happy with everything. His staff are knowledgeable and friendly. He himself is very knowledgeable, quiet and has modern technology. I've never had an issue with having to reschedule or had a billing issue. I pay with my flexible spending account and go about my way. I cannot speak for his options on glasses or contacts due to not needing them but I see that he has a large variety.“

Doctors timing? Terrible. Why dilate for 30 mins and then have them sit for an hour before even seeing them?
Employees in the section to select glasses? Well, the short Hispanic girl with glasses and her hair up was so insanely rude. I had to make sure it was okay to sit by the fish tank because she kept telling us we needed to move into the other room. Not too mention all of them on their phone giggling in the corner.

There was literally nobody there when we got arrived. It was a snow day. There's no reason for this kind of wait time or insanity.
Please, if you read reviews- DO BETTER.
I understand that patients with Medicaid are great to have because you can see more patients due to the abundance of children on this insurance but treat your customers right. These people have jobs and lives too.

Hopefully, all is better when we come back for annual visit.“
