I have been a patient here since before the pandemic, have seen both doctors and have never had a bad experience. Honestly, I don't know how I hadn't left a review before!! It is really a whole experience, away from the white sterile environments I usually think of when I think of seeing an eye doctor. The art is so beautiful and well appointed, done by one of our incredibly talented local artists, in art deco, featuring beautiful wood built-in cabinets to feature the spectacles. The staff is always kind and amazing, they listen to you with no fear of judgment. They are also extremely compassionate. I love both doctors, they both seem to really love their job, staff, and patients. They are always incredibly kind and, dare I say, have an awesome sense of humor! They have patients for life with my husband & me.
I have seen Dr. McDaniels for at least 7 years. I found Look when searching Yelp for an eye dr. He is THE nicest person I have ever met, and every person that has worked in the office for the amount of time I’ve been there is the same. He really takes his time in each appointment and explains everything well. He listens attentively to any concerns and doesn’t rush anyone. They’re responsive and fit you in quickly with emergencies and their text messaging system makes it easy to communicate. Everyone there is always kind, welcoming, and helpful. I love their choices of glasses, as well. Dr. McDaniels is fluent in sign language and is inclusive all around. Personally, I will always prefer my eye care handled by a local small business. As long as Look Eyewear is open, I won’t go anywhere else.
Dr.McDaniels is a very nice Eye Doctor . Very patient and excellent customer service. He listens and does his best to get you taken care of!!!
