I injured my back competing in the gym with my 19 year old son. I went to a chiropractor every day for weeks and it only got worse. I finally got an MRI which showed my L4-5 has moderate to severe central canal stenosis. Which means I’ve had a problem in my back and the injury in the gym made it worse. The pain was unbearable and I could barely walk. After a couple of weeks twice a week visiting LifeMotion I was 75% better! Still going and getting to 💯! They also gave me stretches and exercises to do at home to speed up the healing process and prevent future pain! I’m back in the gym and this time will remember I am 48 years old and not 19. I highly recommend LifeMotion!
When I hobbled my way into LifeMotion. My leg/knee wasn’t doing well. Could hardly walk and had a bad peg leg. This had been going on for three months. I had a surgery and it still wasn’t improving. Ryan and everyone there has been fantastic. I took my dog on a mile walk last night. I can’t even begin to thank them enough. They rock!!!!
My 16 yr old daughter suffered for years with knee pain from playing soccer. We were told it was Osgood Schlatter. I guess it was to begin with but it eventually caused her patellar tendon to pull off a piece of bone. She had surgery to remove the piece of bone but still had pain. We realized that we never fixed the problem. We fixed the result of the problem. So someone recommended LifeMotion to us. What a difference they made! The staff was fantastic and they all really became a friend to her. And THEY fixed the issue. She did physical therapy for about 4 months and the result was no more knee pain! She can now play soccer without pain! I highly recommend LifeMotion.
