I cannot recommend this location enough. The people really make this place shine. Ian is so kind and thoughtful when helping me through the eye exam. Jenna helped me pick out glasses that were just my style and got me all items needed for my lenses. It was an awesome experience.

Just didn’t like the comfort level & the way my frame sits/looks on me, hence Ian was able to get the specific Persol frame I liked and placed the order. This is the definition of 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee! Alicia replaced my previous lenses! Thank you!! Cos the Woodland Hills store was not so helpful. Jenna put in the replacement lenses and fixed the frame too! Thank you, both Alicia & Jenna. I was also provided the information on how to replace my lenses on my Rayban sunglasses. I am 47 and have been wearing glasses since I was 19 years old. April, Store Manager, is the best person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting that truly helped me find the right frames and lenses. This lady really knows her stuff, very knowledgeable but yet helps you understand exactly what you need. Again this was the BEST experience I have ever had regarding buying glasses. Their options of frames is also great. She made me feel very comfortable and didn’t pressure me into anything, just laid out my options and suggested what I should choose when telling her what I wanted. Try this store. You will not be disappointed.
