I have had severe sciatica for many years. Over the past 6 months my low back & hips have gotten so bad that some days I had trouble walking. Today was my 10th visit to Inside Out Chiropractic. During my first re-assessment it was found that things are shifting, for the better, in my spine. During my treatment with Dr. Duvall I shared that this morning I woke up to zero pain. ZERO! This is huge for me! During the course of the day I have become more uncomfortable, but I have even more hope than I already had for these treatments. Dr. Jacob and all of the girls in the office are absolutely amazing! So kind, easy to work with and always have a smile on their face! The adjustments are so quick and easy! So excited to have Dr. Jacob be so positive with my journey to a pain free life!
