Our experience with this company has been terrible. Oct. 31, 2023 they gave us an estimate to make repairs to avoid further breakdowns and costs in the future for $2,149.20. Since then they have made multiple service calls to complete those repairs plus additional repairs and we've paid them a total of $2,630.79 and the dishwasher is out of service again! This dishwasher is only used once or twice a week. I've called Hobart Service four times over the past four days requesting a call back from a manager, each time they promised someone would call but no calls. I've been told the Service Mgr would call twice, no call. I've been told it was being escalated to the Operations...read full review
