I called regarding repair for my garbage disposal that had broken glass in it. Daniella was happy to set up an appointment, but mentioned that I could also try using an allen wrench to get the blades unstuck. I gave it a try and it worked! It goes above and beyond for a repair service to make a small suggestion that ended up saving me $$. I will definitely recommend them to others and will use them for future plumbing needs. Noah came out for a quote and was incredibly helpful. Explained everything, was patient with my questions, and left me feeling confident that the job would get done correctly. He’s a credit to this company. Update: Juan came and just completed the job. He did a great job and explained the process before he started and showed me the results before we started on payment.
