Showed up to find out they had been closed for 30 minutes due to Covid-19, but I happen to catch a gentleman leaving that maybe would be a managet.....I didnt ask. In any event this person asked what I needed and ran it through their systems before it shut down and not only did that but at a discount rate. A real life saver for my tile job. Hard to find guys that really take care of a customer these days, especially one they don't know. Emser will be my go-to place from now on. Thanks guys!
