Amy the office manager and Jesse, expert field engineer far exceeded expectations on customer service, timeliness and professionalism regarding the assessment of my roof concerns. It’s unfortunately rare to receive such concern, care and expertise. Again, highly recommend. Please also ask them about preferred contractor programs that may exist with your insurer. Jesse came out and looked at an area in my attic where the roof had been leaking. My HVAC company noticed it when he was doing my furnace service. When Jesse inspected the roof and the pipe, he determined it just needed some adjusting and caulking… which he did. He was very friendly and professional. I’ll be calling them back when it’s time for a roof replacement. ??

I called to have some debris removed from my roof. Jessie came out and removed the debris and did a roof inspection. Surprising, he found my roof was in good shape. Jessie was polite, professional and took care of me. I had worked with Chris in the past to repair my roof. He is now in the OKC office but referred me to Jessie. I highly recommend Elliot Roofing.
