“Joe was responsive in keeping me up to date on when our roof would be installed - a windstorm caused some delays. Since we didn't have damage from the storm or active leaks we had no problem waiting while people with more urgent issues were handled. The crew showed up on time each day, tarped the yard and cleaned up after themselves. Because the work was done and it was July with temps in the 100s each day the crew worked from 6am until about noon. I think this says a lot about this company and their commitment to safety and the well being of their employees. The finished roof looks excellent and they guarantee their workmanship for 15 years.“

“We hired this company after we experienced a flood from a faulty water, supply line under our bathroom sink, the company was very prompt to show up and start addressing the problem. However we did run into some issues with the initial crew they sent out, which was managed by a guy who seemed very new to the business, when we brought this to the attention of the owner, Larry himself came out and put a different crew in place and insured that for the rest of the job, there were no more problems. He was extremely friendly, and went out of his way to check in periodically to make sure things were going well, and that we were pleased , overall they did a very good job, and I am very impressed by how Chuck and Larry stand behind their work and will go out of their way to provide excellent customer service.
