The workmanship was top notch. Erik Mundell did a great job repairing our doors. He was very proficient. I gave a four star because there was a lack of communication with quoting and scheduling. It took quite an effort to get them to respond to my emails.

I was having trouble with a gate opener to our storage units that had been damaged. I made some repairs but wasn't able to get it to open and close. After talking to Erick on the phone he talked me through what I need to do. He was very knowledgable and helpful because I didn't know what I was doing. He got it working for me but it didn't work every time. He made a late afternoon service call and got it working in a short time. Erick was very friendly and professional. Thanks to him the gate is now back in service.
