Five Stars for sure! I have been here several times through the years. They always treat me with respect and concern. They fix what's wrong or give me meds or a referral that are spot on. The front desk staff is efficient and friendly and the doctors are the best. In short, I feel very take care of here!

They should rename this place "Not Very Urgent Care ." Like, how are you at capacity 2 hours before you close?? I mean, if this place were a restaurant they'd be closed for lunch because "It gets really busy then." Every time I think this state (including medical care) can't lower the bar anymore that it already is, they figure out a way to outdo themselves yet again.

Came at 9am and was told I would have to schedule an appointment to be seen for Urgent Care. The next available was 12:15pm, so I got on the schedule and arrived 5-10 min early for my appointment. It's now over an hour since I arrived, only TWO patients have been called back since I've gotten here, and the front desk says there are still FIVE others in front of me. Why make me schedule an appointment to show up and wait several hours? This should have been disclosed at the time of making the appointment that my actual appointment time would actually just be the "show up and wait a few hours" time. I feel deceived. The only reason this place gets two stars is because the check-in lady was friendly.
