I placed an order through Teleflora for a specific arrangement but what was delivered was a small, sad, and sparse arrangement that I was embarrassed by because I’m sure the recipient thought I was a total cheapskate. I’d avoid this shop because they completely skimped on the order and the whole thing was a ripoff. I did request expedited delivery and that was good service, so I’ll give them that. Otherwise, I would give them 1 star.
I ordered roses and requesyed specifically that they be wrapped in papaer with the vase on the side. THey called to say that they had missed the note and alrady placed them into the vase but they would redo them for $30. Wait what? You want me to pay for you to fix your mistake? I declined.
Not from the Tulsa area, I ordered a floral arrangement to be delivered to a friend in the hospital, and when the delivery driver arrived to the hospital the hospital said they were unable to find the patient, causing the driver to have to head back to the florist (this mishap was not the florists fault). The florist called me with the update, and we ended up confirming the patient was in-fact still at the hospital, so Burnett’s sent the driver back to the hospital and successfully delivered the beautiful arrangement.
