I worked with Travis to have my new floors repaired from a water leak. Travis was absolutely awesome to work with. He was understanding, responsive and made sure our concerns and expectations were met. We were very stressed about our base boards because we just had them all sprayed and did not want to have to have them repainted. We talked to Travis about it and he said no worries, they will take extra precaution. We literally hit a couple spots with a magic eraser and that’s it!! We were utterly impressed. They had to replace some flooring and then strip and restain the entire down stairs. The floors look stunning!! Way better than how they looked when they were brand new.
