First time here, and I will definitely be back. Had a haircut and beard trim with Shayna, and she was great. I came in not knowing what I wanted and she gave me exactly what I needed. The facility is clean, everyone was nice, and the price is right for what you get.
That being said: booking was a small hassle. The website is sub par for the level of service you are expecting to receive at the physical location. The booking process involved a bunch of unnecessary hoops, and really, it just seems like amateur hour over at corporate. Carlos is fantastic at styling consultations, great haircut and overall service, epitome of a male spa day. Great experience for a men's haircut and pampering. Staff is amazing and friendly!

This place is GREAT. Carlos and Ceasar are super helpful and great at they're jobs. Easton helped anytime I needed it. I've been to the boardroom in okc and this place far surpasses the customer service. The rest of the ladies were great, didn't get they're names. But I was offered a drink by all 3 of them lol. Great place
