We hired Blue Dog to help us get our carpets looking fresh and new. I was initially disappointed with the service, but then the owner, Chase, gave me a call and we talked about everything. He personally came over the next day to look at everything, and went over it all again for me, just for my own piece of mind.Will hire again.
